The initial session will involve taking a case history; we will discuss your reasons for coming and what you hope to gain from therapy sessions. This initial session will also be an opportunity to decide if we could work together.

​During the treatment you remain clothed and will usually lie face up or on your side. You can also have a blanket over you. The therapist makes light contact with different areas of the body including the head, spine and feet, encouraging your body to relax. Because the body functions as a whole, there may be a focus on areas other than where your symptoms occur.

Sessions last 1 hour.
