It works on both a physical and emotional level to support an overall sense of balance, safety and wellbeing.

Craniosacral Therapy can gently help your body and mind to shift from states of stress towards greater regulation, calm and balance.
As such, people come for a variety of physical and emotional issues, including but not limited to: stress and anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, digestive problems, poor sleep, life changes and transitions, burnout, and the impact of trauma.
It can also be really helpful for babies with sleeping difficulties, bad colic, and following difficult births or pregnancies.
